Ctrl+Alt+Esc

Where does humanity end and technology begin? That’s the question I’ve asked myself as a video artist in this work.
Ctrl+Alt+Esc is a video installation by Willem Mertens shown at the light-festival of Ghent and the RGB lightfestival in Rome.

It explores the blurring relationship between de physical and the digital world, intertwining dance and animation, light and darkness.
